Kitchen Art,the Best Winner of ‘2013 Customer-Happy-Life-Brand’ Award

Kitchen Art (www.kitchenart.co.kr)was awarded as the best winner of‘ ‘Customer-Happy-Life-Brand’ 2013 in kitchen accessories at Seoul Grand Hilton Hotel on Oct 28th.

‘Customer-Happy-Life-Brand’ Award is to encourage private enterprises to enhance their brand equity and boost national economic growth by selecting brands which have been contributing to consumers’ quality of life and happiness as well as Gross National Happiness Index.

The beginning of the Kitchen Art is Kyungdong Industry, manufacture of the nation's biggest Kitchen Utensils, which established in 1960. In 2001 the corporate brand was changed to Kitchen Art with a slogan ‘artistic sense in the kitchen’ in which functional benefits of the kitchen have been regenerated in the artistic innovation for consumers’ happiness.

Along with the product technology, Kitchen Art Ltd focuses on the customer service development by introduction of Consumer Complaint Management System (CCMS) which is an active movement to practice consumer-oriented business.

Kitchen Art Ltd’s active social contribution to the local communities is part of sharing the meaning of love and togetherness, not just following company profits. Since the general meeting of shareholders in 2006 made a decision to return some profit to the community, Kitchen Art Ltd began to offer financial support to the social minorities to enhance its corporate identity as a social enterprise for the public interest and happiness.
