Children aboard a "Tayo bus" react in a pedestrian-only street in Gwanghwamun, central Seoul, Sunday. The Sejongdae-ro area becomes a pedestrian-only street from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the first and third Sunday of every month from March through October, except July, according to the Seoul metropolitan government.
