The Chinese authorities were called in when Chinese fans flocked to the Super Junior unit band, Super Junior-M, press conference on 7th at Beijing Xingxing CGV International Cineplex.
Hunan Satellite TV, Sina, Sohu and many other major local medias attended the press conference, and interview competition got very heated up.
The problem began when they announced that the first 200 fans arrived at the press conference could have a chance to partake in the conference. To see SJ-M, Chinese fans stayed overnight enduring very cold winter weather, lined up in front of Xingxing CGV.
On the actual day of the conference, even more fans flocked in so the police had to be called in to calm the excited fans.
At the event because of the cheering fans, reporters had hard time catching SJ-M members’ stories.
SJ-M fan meeting will begin on 19th starting at Nanjing.
