Starbucks is banning smoking within 25 feet of its property and is going to strictly force any smoker out of the boundary line starting Saturday.
Some states already had a state law that prohibits smokers within 25 feet boundary and for Indiana state even 8 feet.
Some smokers who love their cups of joe with nicotine, they feel like their rights violated.
“I don’t blow the smoke to passersby or smoke right by the entrance. I don’t know what the problem is. I don’t understand why my right has to be taken away from me,” said Michael Dwayne, a smoker and a Sausalito resident.
Faithful Starbucks customers are now wondering how effective this new policy will be carried out.
