Justin Bieber vs. a paparazzo in court

It seems like Justin Bieber gets into nonstop battles with paparazzi. Though now Bieber is cleared of a paparazzo hit and run charge, Bieber is slammed with a lawsuit by a paparazzo from Miami.

The paparazzo Gustavo Garces who Bieber had his bodyguards to steal the camera’s from got himself a lawyer and demanded the return of the memory card Bieber took on June 5 in Miami.

According to TMZ, there is a recorded evidence of Bieber telling the paparazzo, “I’m gonna give you your camera back. I’m gonna take your SIM card though.”

If Bieber damaged or threw out the SIM card, there would be lawful consequences for tampering with the important evidence of the case.

This could be a real hard case for Bieber to get away from since his former security team quit. The bodyguards could testify against Bieber and have the teen star to finally face the consequences of his unruly action.
