S. Korea's national debt reaches $458.9 billion in November

South Korea's national debt reached 486.4 trillion won (approximately US$458.9 billion) as of November last year, up from 443.1 trillion won tallied at the end of 2012, the government reported Monday.

Of the total national debt, 467.9 trillion won is owed by the central government and the remaining 18.5 trillion won by provincial administrations, according to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance.
