Producers of the series received the prize during the awards ceremony held at the National Theater of Korea in central Seoul.
The series is based on the true story of a French journalist, named Marc Victor, who ran a restaurant for French expatriates in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Of 209 entries from 50 countries, 24 dramas won nominations for the 2014 awards. The event has been held annually since 2006.
