The first trial for the law suit case filed by actor Byung-hun Lee against model Ji-yeon Lee and the girl band Glam member Da-hee opened on Thursday (KST) at Seoul Central District Court with the presence of Criminal Judge Eun-young Chung.

Originally actor Byung-hun Lee filed a case against the model after Ji-yeon Lee claimed through media that she and the actor are in a relationship.
In the first hearing, Ji-yeon Lee’s legal representative said, “When Byung-hun Lee asked for physical relationship and Ji-yeon Lee refused, he broke up with her. Everything happened during this process”, and added, “The report that Ji-yeon asked him to buy a house is different from the truth. When Byung-hun Lee asked for sexual relation, he was the one who told Ji-yeon Lee to look for a house first.”
Glam member Da-hee’s attorney said in the statement, “Ji-yeon Lee told [my client] that if they sell the video that shows Byung-hun Lee’s obscenities to ‘Dispatch’, they can get paid ￦1,000,000,000 (approximately $942,250). She assumed that it is not illegal to sell video clip in exchange of monetary compensation.”
Actor Lee is currently married to the top Korean actress Min-jung Lee, and this public claim could ruin not only his reputation but also his marriage. The actor’s agency BH Entertainment also expressed this concern.
