Iraq: 10 killed due to consecutive blasts

On Sunday there was four consecutive explosions in Karbala, Iraqi, which caused at least 10 dead and 70 wounded. The four blasts, it seems, were targeting civilians on their way to the Directorate of Travel and Nationality.

The city Karbala is about 100 kilometers southwest of Baghdad, the capital.

Sunday was the busiest day of the week due to the fact that it’s the beginning of the work week in Iraq, the office is issuing passports and travel documents most of the time.

The hidden bombs were in motorcycles; two others were roadside bombs.
