K League All-Star game to be held in Seoul July 25

Retired South Korean football icon Park Ji-sung Thursday announced the names of 15 players who will play for his All-Star squad in the upcoming match against the K League Classic All-Star team.

They include Lee Young-pyo, a longtime teammate of Park's on the South Korean national football team; Jong Tae-se of Suwon Bluewings; Lee Chun-soo of Incheon United; goalkeeper Kim Byung-ji of Chunnam Dragons; and former Japanese national team defender Tsuneyasu Miyamoto.

The final roster will consist of 20 players.

The K League Classic team includes goalie Kim Seung-gyu of Ulsan Hyundai; Lee Keun-ho of Sangju Sangmu; Yeom Ki-hun of Suwon Bluewings; Cha Du-ri of FC Seoul; and Lee Dong-gook of Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors. 

The K League All-Star game will kick off at 8 p.m. on July 25 at Seoul World Cup Stadium.
