‘Inside Men’s Director’s Edition to be on screen at the end of Dec

“Inside Men”, on the top of the Korean box-office, will have its director’s cut version to be screened on December 31.

The movie, currently screened on cinemas is an edited version which is 180 minutes long. The director’s cut, however, will be 230 minutes long. The director Woo Min-ho said, “I am happy to deliver the untold stories from the movie Inside Men. The connections between characters and their behind stories will be delicately depicted.”

Inside Men, which had accumulated total viewers of 495,853, last weekend, is gaining abnormal popularity for an R-rated movie. Most of Korean R-rated movies find hard to gather numbers of viewers due to its limitation of age.

Pungent with a dark atmosphere, the movie features famous Korean actor Lee Byung-hun, Baek Yun-sik, and Cho Seung-woo. It depicts dark corners of Korean society. Inside men from media, politics, law enforcement fight for their fate in order to take hold of the reign of power.

Meanwhile, many fans of the movie are already in the hype over the news of its director’s cut version. It is expected that the many of the viewers of the original movie will watch the director’s cut once again to find out the untold stories.
