Kim Hye-kyung Advocates for Child Protection at G7 Spouses Program

Kim Hye-kyung participated in the spouses program on June 17, attending a session titled "Child Protection in the AI Era" where she listened to presentations from French middle school students and exchanged ideas with other spouses of world leaders.

While attending the G7 summit in Évian-les-Bains, France, alongside President Lee Jae-myung, Kim praised France's efforts to protect minors, stating, "Protecting youth in the digital environment is not just a family issue but a challenge that must be addressed by nations and the international community together."

According to a written briefing from Deputy Spokesperson Ahn Gyu-ryeong, the event was hosted by Brigitte Macron, the spouse of the French president.

After the session, students expressed their love for K-pop and requested a photo with Kim, who responded by showing them a 'finger heart' gesture.

Additionally, during the event held near the source of Évian mineral water, Kim engaged in friendly conversations with other spouses while sharing the mineral water and clinking glasses.

Later, Kim attended a lunch hosted by Brigitte Macron, who warmly introduced her to the dining venue and menu, to which Kim expressed her gratitude, as reported by Deputy Spokesperson Ahn.
