Dongyang Moves to New Headquarters in Mapo, Enhancing Group Collaboration

Eugene Group's subsidiary Dongyang has relocated to a new headquarters in Mapo, Seoul.
 
On July 27, Dongyang announced that it has created a smart and efficient workspace at its new headquarters, themed "Work Anywhere." The facility covers approximately 1,450 square meters.
 
All meeting rooms are equipped with video conferencing systems to facilitate smooth collaboration and decision-making. Additionally, the office features focus rooms for concentrated work, a T-Care Room for health management, and phone booths for private calls, catering to various individual needs.
 
Key areas such as meeting rooms, executive offices, and storage are designed in a modular format, allowing for quick reconfiguration as needed.
 
A Dongyang representative stated, "We focused on enhancing work immersion and promoting communication between organizations. We expect that this new work environment will continuously improve collaboration and decision-making efficiency."
 
Meanwhile, Eugene Group's real estate asset management firm, Eugene REITs Management, purchased the former Korea Post Pension Management building in January to serve as a consolidated headquarters for the group. Following Dongyang's move, other major subsidiaries will relocate sequentially to enhance collaboration and improve operational efficiency and asset utilization. At the same time, Eugene REITs Management aims to expand its real estate asset management business, targeting 1 trillion won in managed assets by 2028.
