On September 14, Kumho Construction announced that it has been selected as the construction company for the Pajang 1 District housing redevelopment project in the Jangan District of Suwon, Gyeonggi Province.

The total construction cost is approximately 9.27 billion won, with construction set to begin in February 2031 and completion expected in February 2034.

The site will have access to the Pajang IC on the Northern Suwon Circular Road and the Buk Suwon IC on the Yeongdong Expressway. A new station on the Indukwon-Dongtan double-track railway, North Suwon Station, is expected to open in 2029. Nearby schools include Pajang and Dasol Elementary Schools.
