NH Nonghyup Capital Announces Public Recruitment for New Employees

NH Nonghyup Capital announced on September 29 that it will hold its first public recruitment for new employees since launching its new brand, NCAP.

Applications will be accepted from today until October 8. The recruitment process will include document screening, an online written test, a health examination, and interviews.

In July, NH Nonghyup Capital introduced its new brand, NCAP, which stands for "Near the Customer, Always a Partner." The company aims to select candidates who resonate with the values and philosophy of NCAP and can contribute to the company's growth.

The recruitment will focus on general finance positions. Successful candidates will be assigned to various departments based on their strengths, aptitudes, and the company's personnel management plans.

During the recruitment process, NH Nonghyup Capital will emphasize its ideal candidate profile, which includes the ability to view things from new perspectives, act correctly, grow through collaboration, and plan the future alongside customers.
