Zong Rui Li or Justin Lee is a son of wealthy businessman in Taiwan and is famous for his sex scandals with celebrities. There are many female celebrities who claimed that Justin Lee drugged and raped them. Currently Taiwan authorities are investigating all the claims by models and actresses.
