Serial killer Richard Ramirez died in prison

A serial killer and rapist Richard Ramirez (53)—a.k.a. The Night Stalker—of 80s died in San Quentin prison on Friday.
 
Richard Ramirez is infamous for killing husbands and raping the victims’ wives.
 
Ramirez’s targeted area was Los Angeles and killed 13 people, and 5 more attempted but failed. He was charged with 11 sexual assaults but the authorities expected there were more that was not unearthed.
                 
His victims age ranged from as young as a 9-year-old to as old as an 83-year old.
 
His first crime was with Mei Leung, a 9-year-old in April 1984. He sexually violated and killed her. He then moved onto stabbing elderly women to death. Ramirez’s violent nature showed by severely stabbing the women and almost decapitating a 79-year-old woman with his knife.
 
The Night Stalker began using a gun as well after the 3 murders with knives. Starting from March 1985, he started attacking people more frequently. His violence level progressed and started mutilating his victims’ body parts.
 
Ramirez continued to kill and rape people near Los Angeles area until he traveled to San Francisco in August 1985 and killed an elderly couple.
 
The Night Stalker moved back to L.A. area and continued his crimes until arrested. Ramirez was only 25 years old when he went under custody.
 
TMZ reported that the prison official told them the actual cause of the serial killer’s death is by Hepatitis C.
