Nashville star Luke Bryan caught driving while drinking beer

Country singer Luke Bryan was seen driving while drinking beer but he will not get arrested, TMZ reported. According to the tabloid, Tennessee law allows for the Nashville star to drive under influence in hi private property.
 
The singer was driving around in his truck on his private ranch located in Tennessee. So naturally he was protected by the state law to do so within his premises.
