Without network or communication, AI laptops can handle computation using AI chips, which incorporate AI deep learning compilers to create the best working code for maximized performance. The AI laptop can be efficiently used to write a research paper and carry out tasks. If a user asks to draw a romantic seaside scene, the device's AI program will generate related images.
Samsung said the Galaxy Book4 series would be available in South Korea starting in January of next year. Using its neural processing unit processor, the product features significantly improved power efficiency and work speed. The series' AI functions can be used in more than 100 applications, including gaming, video, and video editing.
Galaxy Book4 provides a touchscreen for all three models -- Ultra, Pro 360, and Pro. The conglomerate adopted Dynamic AMOLED 2X, which offers an upgraded viewing experience. A chipset designed to enhance the security level is also equipped.
“The Galaxy Book4 series plays a key role in bringing best-in-class connectivity to our ecosystem that will broaden how people interact with their PC, phone, tablet and other devices for truly intelligent and connected experiences," Samsung's mobile experience business head TM Roh said in a statement on December 15.
