SEOUL, March 20 (AJU PRESS) -- South Korea's major game publisher WeMade has signed an official administrative permit contract with the United States Major League Baseball for the global service of its new baseball game, "Fantastic Baseball."
Fantastic Baseball is a new baseball game developed by WeMade. The game publisher said on Wednesday that the company has acquired licensing rights from Major League Baseball Advanced Media (MLBAM), which represents the rights of the 30 teams belonging to Major League Baseball (MLB), and from MLB Players, a subsidiary of the Major League Baseball Players Association.
The MLBPA is the collective bargaining representative for all professional baseball players of 30 MLB teams and serves as the exclusive group licensing agent for commercial and licensing activities involving active MLB players.
