SEOUL, March 26 (AJU PRESS) -- LG CNS, the technology solution wing of South Korea's LG Group, has partnered with Viet Nam's information technology giant FPT Group to help the Hanoi-based company undergo a digital transformation designed to maximize work efficiency and user accessibility.
A digital transformation process involves a company or an organization converting its analog or outdated work style and work systems to adopt digital technologies such as artificial information, cloud computing, and big data to beef up work efficiency and reduce operating costs.
LG CNS said in a statement on Wednesday that the company will take FPT Telecom, the telecom service wing of FPT Group, through digital transformation processes to upgrade the Vietnamese company's customer relationship management (CRM) service system and establish an AI-based customer service center.
The CRM system will incorporate big data to help FPT manage customer data more efficiently. A generative AI solution will be set up to help FPT workers take care of their repetitive chores quickly and more efficiently. Starting with FPT Telecom, LG CNS and FPT Group will introduce digital transformation to other FPT subsidiaries.
