Chefs and bartenders from major hotels in Hong Kong will gather for a culinary showcase. Marriott International announced that 14 of its hotels will participate in the upcoming Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival, set to take place at the end of this month, featuring dishes and cocktails made with local ingredients.

Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International's travel program, revealed on October 13 that it will take part in the '2026 Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival' from October 29 to November 1.

This year, 14 hotels will participate, including The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, The St. Regis Hong Kong, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, W Hong Kong, and Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. Marriott described this year's event as the largest ever for its participating hotels.

The theme of the festival is 'Mountain, Sea, Season.' It aims to highlight local food culture by utilizing ingredients that vary with Hong Kong's geography and seasons. Chefs and mixologists from the participating hotels will unveil collaboratively developed menus.

The event will be divided into three areas. 'Hong Kong on a Plate' will showcase dishes created in collaboration with local producers, while 'Hong Kong in a Glass' will feature beverages reflecting the unique characteristics of Hong Kong.

A new addition this year, 'Hong Kong at the Table,' will operate in a separate lounge. It will offer a dining and tasting program inspired by the omakase style, featuring invited experts from restaurants and bars in Hong Kong and nearby regions.

Limited edition products created in collaboration with Hong Kong's traditional clothing brand, Li Kung Man, will also be unveiled. These will include items inspired by wine colors and cocktails based on the brand's textile production traditions.

Richard Boyer, Vice President of Marriott International for South China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, stated, 'Hong Kong is a culinary destination where tradition meets innovation,' adding that they plan to present menus that reinterpret familiar local flavors.

The event will feature participation from The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, The St. Regis Hong Kong, W Hong Kong, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel, Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel, Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel, Le Méridien Hong Kong Cyberport, Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel, The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin, and Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung.
