The second son of Hanhwa conglomerate’s chairman, Kim Seung-youn, was charged with a hit-and-run drive in last month.

Seoul Kangnam Police said to Korean media he allegedly ran into another car at 4 o’clock, Feb.27 and ran away.

He escaped from the scene right after the accident and turned himself in to police after two days. Police interrogated him about the accident and released him, police said.

Now, the case is on prosecutor’s office, reminding of the 2007 charge against his father, Chairman Kim, who lynched a man with his aides in revenge for his second son’s being hit at liquor restaurant.
