Harry Potter actor, Daniel Radcliffe, gets a new role in a movie

It is usual for a childhood star to be forgotten in the film industry and has hard time to land on a new role after a big success in youth. However, that is not a case for Daniel Radcliffe (22) who starred as Harry Potter for 10 years.

 

Daniel Radcliffe got a role as Ignatius Martin Perrish in a controversial movie called ‘Horns’. Ig’s new chapter of life began by the death of his girlfriend, Merrin. Ig got pinned down as a suspect of the murder. One night he got terribly drunk and next morning he woke up to find himself with two horns on his forehead. The horns with its special powers abled Ig to revenge for the one who caused love of his life’s death. (Joehillfiction.com)

 

This movie was based on a dark fantasy novel by Joe Hill.  Alexandre Aja, who previously directed ‘Piranha 3D’ and ‘The Hills Have Eyes’, will direct the film. Of this supernatural movie, Aja commented that "Horns is a wild ride of sin and crime, with a love story in its heart."(Hollywoodreporter.com)
