The event, dubbed the "Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2015," will take place on March 1, one day before the opening of the Mobile World Congress (MWC), the South Korean company said.
Samsung already sent invitations to the Galaxy S6 premiere event.
Lee Jay-yong, the company's vice chairman, is scheduled to attend the event and then visit a Samsung booth to be installed at the MWC 2015, company officials said.
The event will be televised live via http://www.youtube.com/SamsungMobile, they said.
Last year, Samsung held a similar event to showcase the Galaxy S5 in the Spanish city, host of the annual MWC.
