It is the first boy band to be produced by Park Jin-young, the head of JYP, four years after GOT7, a seven-member dance group that debuted in 2014. In 2022, the group's album, titled "Maxident," became one of the best-selling K-pop albums, exceeding 3 million copies.
The group is holding a concert in Bangkok on February 2 and 3 to continue its world tour that kicked off in November 2022 in Jakarta. The band's Japanese-based album called "The Sound" will be released on February 22.
