SEOUL -- South Korean singer-songwriter Stella Jang is set to hold a solo concert on Nodeul Island, an artificial island known as a cultural space in Seoul. The 32-year-old, who has spent 11 years in France, has previously mesmerized fans with her performance in six different languages -- English, Korean, French, Chinese, German, and Spanish.

Debuting in 2014, Jang specializes in a range of genres, including indie music, ballad, and jazz. She garnered widespread attention in 2018 for her rendition of "Passionate Goodbye" in six languages on South Korea's late-night music show, "Yoo Hee-yeol's Sketchbook." One of her famous songs, "Colors," has triggered a global trend, with TikTok users adopting it as background music for their videos. Even Hollywood star Jessica Alba joined in the phenomenon in 2020.

Jang announced her upcoming concert, "INTERSTELLAR FESTIVAL 2024," via Instagram, scheduled for April 13 and April 14 at a concert hall on Seoul's Nodeul Island. The artificial island is under the Han River Bridge that connects the central district of Yongsan and the southern district of Dongjak. This unique venue has many other cultural facilities, including an art gallery and a bookstore.

Not only Jang is famous for her talent as a singer, but she is also well-known for her skills in music composition. Jang contributed to writing the lyrics and composing the music for BTS' 2020 song "Friends."
