SEOUL, October 23 (AJP) - The Korean Railway Workers' Union held a rally near Seoul Station on Wednesday. They threatened to strike demanding wage increases and better conditions after eight rounds of wage negotiations since July failed to yield an agreement. The union stated that about 4,000 members attended the rally, while police estimated the number at 3,500.
