DL E&C proposed the name 'e-Pyeonhansesang Gwangmyeong River Mark' for the complex. Considering its proximity to the Anyangcheon River, the company has prepared a specialized design plan that enhances the exterior, landscaping, and community facilities.
The exterior design will feature a vertical pattern, and the layout will maximize the number of units with views of the Anyangcheon River. The landscaping area will also be expanded compared to the original design.
The residential facilities will include four duplex penthouses and five view-specialized penthouses. Plans are also in place to increase the scale of community facilities and the number of parking spaces compared to the original proposal.
Proposed community facilities include a sky community that utilizes views of the Anyangcheon River, a sunken community, and an education-related facility known as the edu-community. Additional amenities will include a sky lounge, sports court, sauna, family cinema, and dining room.
