LG Household & Health Care's skincare brand Physiogel has announced that its 'Cynaceuticals Dailymun Ampoule' has surpassed 2 million units in cumulative sales. Since its launch in May 2021, the product has averaged about 1,000 units sold per day.

On October 27, LG Household & Health Care reported that the Dailymun Ampoule has exceeded 2 million units sold. Sales at Olive Young in September nearly doubled compared to the same period last year, reaching an all-time high.

The Dailymun Ampoule focuses on reducing skin irritation and stickiness commonly associated with Vitamin C cosmetics. The company developed the product by analyzing data from approximately 1,800 skin irritation cases and 485 genetic profiles.

The product features a pH level of 3.3 and contains Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Pro-Vitamin B5 (panthenol). The company stated that it has completed tests demonstrating the antioxidant effect lasts for about 125 hours at a temperature of 45°C.

A representative from Physiogel remarked, 'The Dailymun Ampoule is a product that achieves high efficacy of Vitamin C with low irritation, something that is difficult for general dermal brands to attempt. We are achieving results as it establishes itself as a key product in global markets such as China and Hong Kong, leveraging our success in the domestic market.'

Meanwhile, LG Household & Health Care has restructured its organization to focus on brand value in global operations. The company now operates under five business divisions: Luxury Beauty, Derma & Contemporary Beauty, Neo Beauty, Cross Category Beauty, and HDB.
