Wonder Girls’ member Sohee decided to leave JYP Entertainment.
JYP Entertainment announced today (Wednesday KST) that, “Sohee expressed that it is the period of personal changes and she wanted to focus on her career as an actress, so the agency decided to respect Sohee’s decision after extensive discussion.”
JYP continued, “Wonder Girls’ future activities will depend on each member’s schedules, and the specific time and way will be decided after”, and added, “Wonder Girls’ members Sunye, Yubin, and Yeeun have agreed to renew the contract and are going over the details of the new contract.”
The contracts of Sohee, Yeeun, and Yubin expire on Dec. 21 and Yubin’s will expire in September next year.
