The divorce was pre-orchestrated between the couple and it will not be as brutal as many anticipated. They are planning to split their properties and to have joint custody over their underage daughter, Kylile (17). The couple did not file for prenup, which is unusual for Hollywood couples, and both parties did not request for spousal support.
