At the forefront of Samsung's AI home appliance strategy, the all-in-one washer-dryer allows users to wash and dry clothes without needing to transfer them between machines. It features a high-efficiency inverter heat pump system and offers drying performance comparable to standalone dryers, space-saving design and various AI-driven convenience features.
The product was first released in South Korea in February and in North America in April. In its home market, it now accounts for over 40 percent of Samsung’s drum washing machine sales.
It debuted in Latin America in July, launching in Mexico and Colombia. The company plans to expand its availability to 15 key countries in the region, including Peru, Argentina and Brazil.
To promote the launch in Latin America, Samsung has organized influencer events in Mexico, offering hands-on experiences with the new appliance.
A European launch is planned for November.
