
The 106th iteration of the world’s largest foodservice exhibition drew approximately 50,000 attendees and featured 2,225 companies across 900 product categories, serving as a global stage for emerging trends and innovations in the food industry.
CJ CheilJedang operated two dedicated booths — one promoting its popular Bibigo brand, and the other highlighting Seoulfully, a line of premium Korean flavoring sauces developed for professional chefs. The company emphasized its proprietary fermentation technology as a core differentiator.
Five CJ products were honored with 2025 Food and Beverage Awards, recognized for their innovation and impact on contemporary menu development.
“The enthusiastic response from global industry professionals at this year’s show affirms the strong potential of our Korean sauces and flavors in international markets,” a company spokesperson said.
