Iraqi civilians and policemen at the site of bombing at Alfaqma ice cream shop in Karrada district, Baghdad, Iraq, 30 May 2017. According to media reports, more than ten people were killed and 40 others injured in a suicide car bomb attack the evening of 29 May. The so-called Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (IS or ISIL) claimed responsibility for the bombing.
