On August 12, Hancom announced that its subsidiary, Hancom Life Care, has signed a five-year exclusive sales and technology development agreement with French robotics company Shark Robotics for the domestic market.
The exclusive sales agreement covers the large firefighting and rescue robot 'Colossus' and the fire door blocking robot 'Rhino Protect.' For the next five years, Shark Robotics will not be able to sell these products through other distributors in South Korea.
Hancom Life Care has also secured domestic sales rights for other robot products from Shark Robotics.
