The original plan was to high five just 500 fans selected form the audience but Kim insisted on everyone.
“I know it’s not going to be easy and I hope that even if it is a really short moment of high-five, the fans would know how much I appreciate their effort and support,” he said.
Confident that security wouldn’t be an issue, Kim will high five everybody at the stadium after the event ends. The tour that starts Friday includes Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and Thailand. Organizers say Kim will high-five everyone at fan events in Hong Kong and Taiwan, too.
